Foodbank

This year we are continuing our work to support Foodbank; a national charity with a local presence which helps to provide emergency food for people and families in crisis.

Once again we will take part in the Free The Children We Scare Hunger campaign in support of our local Foodbank. We are all looking forward to having great fun collecting the food, dressing up as hunger heroes and hunger scarers and celebrating our achievements as we wave the food off.

A massive big thank you to all the Amazing Super Sudbourne Hunger Heroes who collected and donated food last year, we collected 476.4 kg of food!  That is more than we collected the previous year and brings our total so far to over a tonne of food!!! Let's see if we can do even better this year!

We don't want the fun to stop here! Our School Council Foodbank Monitors will be out in the playground every Wednesday morning to collect your donations, please continue to give generously!
For details of items to donate, please take a look at the wish list/shopping list below.

Please support your School Council and Foodbank by remembering to bring in your donations!

Please note that Sudbourne Primary School is a Foodbank Voucher holder. If you or your family find yourselves in crisis and would like to know how you can claim a Foodbank food parcel please speak to any member of staff. All conversations will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
