Intent

Parent forums provide an opportunity for the Leadership and Management Team (LMT) to gather stakeholder feedback on a range of school-related topics.  The informal, open discussion forum allows for stakeholders to provide thoughts, opinions and feedback, whilst also offering ideas, solutions and recommendations.

Implementation

To be delivered throughout the year, with the LMT team. Parents have the opportunity to submit questions prior to the meeting and LMT will address issues raised. 

Impact

Feedback to be shared with all LMT and governors following the meeting. Feedback will include a general summary, WWW (What’s Working Well) and EBI (Even Better If) on any given topic. Actions from the EBI’s will be stated with a clear time frame.
